UCC Holding invites applications for a Finance Director – Controlling & Reporting to lead the Group's financial controlling, consolidation, statutory and management reporting across UCCH and PIH affiliates, ensuring IFRS compliance and timely insights for strategic decisions.

The role oversees month-end close, statutory reporting, and governance of group reporting for EPC, construction, trading, and other units, with a focus on internal controls and stakeholder management.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• CPA/ACCA/CA certification mandatory.
• MBA in Finance or related discipline preferred.
• IFRS Certification or advanced technical accounting qualifications preferred.
• Big 4 audit background strongly preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements for UCCH and affiliates.
• Oversee IFRS compliance, accounting policies, and governance across the Group.
• Manage statutory/regulatory reporting and external audits.
• Drive month-end/year-end close, accuracy, and reporting timeliness.
• Oversee EPC/contract accounting, revenue recognition, and project profitability.
• Develop management reporting packs for Board and senior leadership.
• Mentor and develop the Group Reporting & Controlling team.
