Job summary

Qatar Airways Group seeks a Digital Business Partner for Hamad International Airport, Doha, Qatar. The role acts as the key IT-business relationship interface for Airport Security and Safety, aligning technology initiatives with business goals and shaping demand for digital solutions.

The incumbent will translate business demand into structured requirements, maintain domain knowledge, identify transformation opportunities and collaborate on roadmaps and AI product initiatives to improve service

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 6 years of job-related experience.
Airport Experience is mandatory.
Relevant experience in IT business partnering, service delivery, demand management, business analysis, project delivery or a related digital/technology environment.
Professional and excellent command of English language is mandatory.
Experience in supporting projects, service enhancements, change initiatives or digital transformation activities within a structured delivery and governance framework
Good understanding of change management, process improvement and the use of digital tools and data in order to enhance service effectiveness and business outcomes.
Working knowledge of IT service management principles, service lifecycle processes and performance measurement concepts, preferably aligned to recognized good practice frameworks

Responsibilities

Translate business demand, opportunities, constraints and risks through structured requirements gathering and prioritization.
Maintain a strong understanding of the assigned business domain through engagement with processes, services and challenges.
Identify and promote innovation, digital transformation and data-led improvement opportunities.
Collaborate to develop technology plans, strategy and roadmaps aligned with objectives.
Support the development of AI product requirements within the domain.
Resolve conflicting requirements and expectations through effective communication and negotiation.
Ensure regular service reviews and stakeholder feedback to improve performance.
Contribute to demand planning, budgeting and supplier interfaces to prioritize and deliver business needs.
Identify and track continual service improvement actions and value outcomes.
