Job summary

Qatar Airways Cargo is seeking a Digital Product Analyst in Doha to help develop and support Salesforce-based digital products. You will collaborate with sales, operations and network teams to document requirements and drive delivery.

The role involves coordinating transitions, conducting workshops, and ensuring quality releases. A 3+ year background in business analysis, Salesforce knowledge and strong English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3+ years in a related role.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken; strong interpersonal skills.
• Solid MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint skills and reporting ability.
• Knowledge of enterprise digital products and CX impacts.
• Salesforce platform knowledge; prior development experience desirable.
• Proven skills in business analysis, testing and project management.
• Experience in system transitions, testing, implementation and support.

Responsibilities

• Support roadmap planning and phased delivery of digital cargo products.
• Collect, analyze and close gaps from user feedback with key departments.
• Run requirements workshops to document processes and user stories.
• Identify Salesforce capabilities to address business challenges.
• Assist all delivery phases: requirements, design, configure, go-live, adoption.
• Develop Salesforce configurations and document UAT test scenarios.
• Support post go-live changes and production support activities.
• Perform other duties as directed by the Head of Department.
