Job summary

Advanced Search Group is seeking a Contracts Officer to coordinate contract reviews, identify risks, and ensure timely finalisation in Qatar. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to support negotiations and contract input.

The ideal candidate will have a legal background (LLB) or equivalent experience, strong English communication, and proficiency in MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent required.
• Bachelor of Law (LLB) preferred or equivalent experience.
• Strong English communication skills required.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead contract review to ensure timely circulation and finalisation.
• Monitor contracts for potential issues and mitigate risks.
• Maintain a comprehensive database of contract statuses and performance metrics.
• Manage vendor creation in QCAS for new suppliers and coordinate with contractors.
• Raise Q-CAS requests and ensure timely actions as directed.
• Draft contracts in line with business requirements and policy standards.
• Ensure compliance with QR Group standards and company policies.
