Fusion Integrated Solutions (FIS) seeks a Commercial Director to lead the company’s commercial strategy, revenue growth, and major bids, working with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.

This role requires strategic leadership, strong negotiation, and governance across opportunities, contracts, pricing, and risk management, with English fluency and a track record in complex B2B environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of commercial leadership experience.
• Proven success in complex B2B technology, systems-integration, or enterprise environments.
• Experience owning sales pipelines, major bids, pricing, contracts, and customer relationships.
• Fluency in English; Arabic desirable.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute the commercial strategy, revenue-growth plan, and go-to-market priorities.
• Lead executive relationship management and account-growth planning across target sectors.
• Own governance for major opportunities, bids, pricing, and contract negotiations.
• Prepare and review proposals, pricing models, and contracts with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor sales pipeline, bookings, revenue, margin, renewals, and forecasts; adjust as needed.
• Lead negotiations for complex customer, supplier, and partner agreements.
• Develop relationships with senior customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to enable growth.
• Provide leadership during escalations, renewals, and recovery plans.
• Collaborate with delivery and finance to protect compliance, margin, and cash collection.
• Build commercial capability through governance, market insight, and performance management.
