Job summary

Integra Advisory seeks a Senior Manager to independently manage day-to-day operations and deliver consulting assignments from initial client assessment through final implementation. The candidate must combine strong technical expertise, project management capabilities and excellent report-writing skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CIA, CPA, ACCA, CISA or equivalent qualifications are highly desirable.
• Experience in internal audit, risk management, internal controls, and governance.
• Strong report-writing and presentation skills with client-facing experience.
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Visio; Power BI is a plus.
• Fluent English; Arabic proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop risk-based internal audit plans, programmes and papers.
• Conduct operational, financial and compliance audits.
• Identify control weaknesses, assess risks and recommend actions.
• Prepare internal audit reports and track actions.
• Develop DOA, delegation and approval matrices and governance policies.
• Document and map business processes; create SOPs and RACI.
• Coordinate client workshops and deliver final reports.
