Job summary

Threshold LLC is seeking a Campaign Manager to own the planning, coordination and delivery of major integrated campaigns across a growing portfolio. You will work between strategy, creative, production, content, social and client teams, turning direction into clear plans and ensuring strong ideas become strong work.

This is a hands-on senior role with room to grow. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders to keep campaigns moving, manage complex workstreams and maintain high quality

Qualifications

• Strong experience across integrated campaigns, advertising and marketing.
• Experience managing complex work with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Good understanding of how strategy, creative, production and media work together.
• Confidence working directly with senior clients and leadership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage integrated campaigns from brief through development, launch and optimisation.
• Translate strategy and creative direction into clear campaign plans and timelines.
• Own assigned campaigns and workstreams from start to finish.
• Coordinate creative, design, film, content, social, media and external partners.
• Maintain visibility across priorities, dependencies, approvals and deadlines.
• Work with the Chief Creative Officer to align delivery with creative direction.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with clients and senior stakeholders.
• Identify risks, blockers and practical solutions early.
