Job summary

Flip retail in Qatar seeks a Store Manager/Shop Supervisor to oversee storehouse operations for a potential medical care facility project. You will manage shipping, receiving, inventory control, and inter-site distributions, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in storehouse roles, FMCG experience, and proficiency with Excel and English. Physical work and adherence to QHSE standards are required. Competitive salary and benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years progressively responsible experience in storehouse/stock operations.
• At least 1 year in a medical care task is a plus.
• Experience in FMCG stores, PC knowledge and cold storage is advantageous.
• Must be able to perform physical activities (approx. 50 lbs) and stand/walk.

Responsibilities

• In charge of all storehouse procedures including shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
• Prepare inbound materials, verify orders, and maintain documentation and reports.
• Coordinate intra- and inter-site deliveries of surplus furniture/items and keep distributions records.
• Assist procurement to order appropriate stock and track excess property.
• Tag, store and track surplus items and dispose as needed.
• Return damaged items to vendors and ensure QHSE compliance.
