Qualifications

• Previous experience in stewarding or hotel operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily stewarding operations and inventory of china, glassware, linen, and silver.
• Maintain equipment and ensure functionality of food service gear.
• Enforce sanitation procedures to meet hygiene standards.
• Monitor department expenses and implement cost-saving measures.
• Recruit, train, and mentor team members; conduct performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness regulations.
