Job summary

Advanced Search Group is seeking a Stewarding Supervisor for a hotel or resort environment. The role oversees daily stewarding operations, ensuring top cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in all kitchen and back-of-house areas.

You will lead the Stewarding Team, coordinate equipment, and support culinary and F&B functions to ensure smooth service during events and peak periods. The ideal candidate has supervisory experience, knowledge of kitchen hygiene and HACCP, and good English communication

Qualifications

Bachelor of Hotel Management is required.
Supervisory or team-leader experience preferred.
Good knowledge of kitchen hygiene, sanitation, and chemical handling; HACCP principles preferred.
Basic English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

Supervise the daily stewarding team and deploy according to requirements.
Ensure all kitchen equipment and utensils are cleaned, sanitized, stored, and handled correctly.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and back-of-house areas.
Coordinate with Culinary and F&B teams to ensure clean equipment during service and events.
Conduct regular inspections of stewarding areas and address deficiencies.
Lead, motivate, and supervise associates; manage duties and training.
