Job summary

Aamotors is seeking an experienced Marketing Lead in Qatar to drive offline and digital campaigns and ensure consistent brand communications. You will coordinate with PR, manage suppliers, and oversee budgets and events.

The role requires 5+ years in marketing and strong digital marketing knowledge to optimize campaigns and analytics while ensuring regulatory compliance and cross-department collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a relevant field (required).
• 5+ years of marketing experience (required).
• Sound knowledge of digital marketing campaigns (required).

Responsibilities

• Ensure brand communications are consistent with brand guidelines across all platforms.
• Recommend and execute brand campaigns and offers to achieve KPIs.
• Plan and liaise with Public Relations team for launch events.
• Lead supplier management and ensure PRs & POs are raised and timelines followed.
• Plan and control budget and expenses for marketing activities.
• Monitor and analyze marketing analytics; propose improvements for campaigns and digital assets.
• Ensure campaigns comply with approvals from relevant authorities.
• Lead events and partnerships such as sponsorships and product launches.
• Create marketing presentations to update stakeholders on plans and campaigns.
• Coordinate with all departments for approvals by stakeholders.

Job Purpose

Lead communications & executions of various offline and digital marketing projects to ensure brand growth.

Principal Accountabilities

• Ensure that brand communications are consistent with the brand guidelines across all platforms.
• Recommend and execute brand campaign and offers to achieve pre-aligned KPIs.
• Proactive involvement in planning and liaison with the Public Relations team for launch events.
• Takingthelead in managing suppliers and ensuring all PRs & POs are raised and timelines are followed.
• Planning and controllingthebudget and expenses related to marketing activities.
• Monitoring and analyzing all marketing-related analytics to ensure Kaizen and recommend future improvements for all digital & non-digital campaigns,as well as website & digital applications.
• Ensuring that all campaigns or offers comply with and are approved by all relevant authorities.
• Leading all events & partnerships such as sponsorships, motor shows, new product launches,etc.
• Create marketing presentations to update stakeholders on marketing plans and campaigns.
• Ensure close coordination with all departments & approvals by relevant stakeholders.

Required Qualifications
