Banana Island Resort Doha by Anantara is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the daily Housekeeping Department, ensuring rooms, public areas and back-of-house spaces meet our luxury standards and guest comfort.

You will supervise Attendants, coordinate staffing, inspect rooms, work with Front Office on readiness and guest requests, and coach colleagues to uphold SOPs and safety.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of Housekeeping Attendants.
• Inspect guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to ensure cleanliness and presentation.
• Coordinate with Front Office on room readiness and special requests.
• Ensure SOPs, hygiene standards, safety procedures and hotel policies are followed.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to colleagues.
