• Serve as primary contact for spa members; ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.
• Promote spa memberships and wellness programs; follow up on leads.
• Coordinate with Spa Reception, Recreation, Finance, and Sales teams.
• Deliver service aligned with The Ritz-Carlton Customer Engagement standards; personalize interactions.
