The Ritz-Carlton Doha invites you to join our luxury spa team as a Spa Receptionist. You will welcome guests, manage reservations, and coordinate spa operations to deliver a seamless luxury experience in line with The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards.

Responsibilities include handling bookings, payments, guest records, and upselling spa services while maintaining a pristine reception area. Fluency in English is required, with hospitality experience a plus.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality-related qualification preferred.
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and spa reservation systems.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests warmly and provide a personalized and professional spa experience.
Handle spa reservations, appointments, and guest inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
Explain spa treatments, facilities, packages, and promotional offers to guests.
Check guests in and out efficiently and process payments accurately.
Maintain guest records and ensure confidentiality of personal information.
Coordinate appointment schedules with therapists and spa attendants.
Promote and upsell spa services, memberships, retail products, and special packages.
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and maintained to luxury standards.
Address guest concerns promptly and elevate issues when necessary.
Support daily spa operations, inventory control, and administrative tasks.
