OUR EXPECTATIONS FROM THE ROLE

Our Spa Specialists support vital spa functions, creating a memorable experience for guests. Key responsibilities include:

• Promote spa services and retail offerings to guests.
• Schedule reservations and confirm appointments.
• Answer questions about services and check guests in.
• Process payments while maintaining professionalism.
• Ensure a safe workplace, adhere to company policies and quality standards.
• Maintain professional appearance, uniform, and communications.
• Move and lift objects up to 10 pounds unaided and up to 25 pounds with assistance as needed.
• Perform other reasonable duties as requested.

Spa Specialists spend extended periods on their feet, standing, sitting, walking, and moving over uneven or slippery surfaces. They manage reservation software and take a hands‑on approach to ensure guests experience every touchpoint.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

• No supervisory experience required.
• No license or certification required.
