MEEZA QSTP is seeking a senior professional to lead the Solutions Advisory team, driving strategic initiatives, opportunities, and revenue growth. You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Delivery to design tailored, multi-service offerings, translate client needs into validated technical and commercial requirements, and oversee cost modeling and proposal preparation.

Role emphasizes strong leadership, cloud and cybersecurity knowledge, and the ability to balance value, delivery

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree required in computer science or IT equivalent.
10+ years of experience in technical architecture, solution architecture, solution consulting, or pre-sales within enterprise tech.
Strong leadership and people management skills with ability to coach and develop teams.

Mansioni

Lead the Solutions Advisory team to achieve departmental objectives and support sales targets.
Collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales, Finance, Service Design, Delivery, and partners to develop integrated customer solutions.
Translate customer needs into documented business and technical requirements and establish scope, assumptions, dependencies, and acceptance criteria.
Develop and validate solution cost models, pricing strategies, and commercial proposals for complex opportunities.
Review and validate solution cost components including cloud, licensing, managed services, and professional services.
Support bid strategy, pricing governance, and executive approvals while ensuring policy compliance.
