Job summary

Salt in Doha partners with an international consulting organisation to appoint an Associate Director - Cybersecurity Advisory to lead large-scale cybersecurity engagements and oversee delivery while managing senior client relationships in Qatar.

You will guide multidisciplinary teams, shape cybersecurity strategy and transformation initiatives, and support business development across GCC clients. Proficiency in Arabic and English is essential.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in cybersecurity, technology consulting or information security.
• Experience in a Big Four organisation or large international consultancy preferred.
• Proven experience managing large-scale cybersecurity engagements and transformation programmes.
• Strong technical cybersecurity foundations, especially transitioning from technical delivery to consulting leadership.
• Experience managing senior client stakeholders and leading consulting teams.
• Exposure to government, public sector or financial services clients.
• GCC experience is highly desirable.
• Fluent Arabic and English communication skills are essential.
• Business development or account management experience is advantageous.
• Candidates at Associate Director, Director or Senior Director level are encouraged to apply.

The successful candidate will take ownership of large-scale cybersecurity engagements, lead consulting teams, manage senior client relationships and support the expansion of existing accounts. We are looking for an experienced cybersecurity consulting leader with a proven track record in project delivery and client management.

• Strong technical cybersecurity foundations, ideally progressing from technical delivery or architecture into consulting leadership.
• Experience managing senior client stakeholders and leading consulting teams.
• Previous exposure to government, public sector or financial services clients.
• GCC experience is highly desirable.
• Fluent Arabic and English communication skills (speaking, reading and writing) are essential.
• Business development, account management or commercial growth experience would be advantageous.
