Job summary

Salt in Doha, Qatar, is seeking an Associate Director – Cybersecurity Advisory to lead large-scale engagements, manage senior client relationships and drive growth across existing accounts.

The role requires strong cybersecurity leadership, hands-on delivery experience, and the ability to guide teams across cloud security, IAM/PAM, Zero Trust and enterprise security architecture, with GCC exposure and fluent Arabic and English.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in cybersecurity or information security.
• Experience in large, international consulting or Big Four preferred.
• Proven delivery of large-scale cybersecurity engagements and transformation programmes.
• Strong technical foundations and leadership in consulting.
• Experience managing senior client stakeholders.
• GCC experience desirable.
• Fluent Arabic and English communication (speaking, reading and writing).
• Openness to Associate Director/Director/Senior Director level.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of large-scale cybersecurity advisory and transformation programmes.
• Oversee multiple client engagements with quality and commercial performance.
• Act as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders including CISOs, CIOs and executives.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams of cybersecurity consultants and specialists.
• Support cybersecurity strategy, architecture, governance and technology transformation initiatives.
• Strengthen client relationships and identify opportunities for account expansion.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on proposals and growth opportunities.
• Provide technical oversight across cloud security, IAM/PAM, Zero Trust, SIEM/SOAR and broader enterprise security architecture.
