• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in social media management and digital advertising.
• Experience working in an advertising or digital marketing agency will be an advantage.
• Hands‑on experience with Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Eurostaffs Campaign Manager, and social media scheduling tools.
• Good understanding of paid media, lead generation, audience targeting, remarketing, tracking, and campaign optimisation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Arabic language skills will be an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple brands, campaigns, deadlines, and approval processes simultaneously.
• Strong reporting, analytical, organisational, and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage monthly social media content calendars.
• Schedule and publish organic content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Eurostaffs, TikTok, YouTube, and X.
• Coordinate with content writers, graphic designers, photographers, videographers, and account managers.
• Write or review captions, hashtags, headlines, and call-to-action messages.
• Maintain consistency in brand tone, visual identity, and communication across all platforms.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and platform updates.
