Job summary

Swan Global is seeking a Social Media Executive in Doha to develop and manage social media strategies across major platforms, ensuring content aligns with business goals and brand guidelines.

You will create content, monitor trends, and coordinate with design and marketing teams to drive engagement and conversions. Fluency in English and Arabic is required to engage local audiences effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, media, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
• Strong understanding of social platforms and audience engagement strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communications in English & Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Create and publish engaging content on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and Snapchat.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities.
• Plan and execute paid social media campaigns in coordination with the digital marketing team.
• Collaborate with the design team for content creation (graphics, videos, etc.).
• Monitor and report on performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions).
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and tools.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support campaigns, promotions, and events.
• Ensure all content adheres to the companys brand tone and visual guidelines.
