About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Social Media Account Executive to join our growing marketing agency team in Doha. The successful candidate will manage day-to-day communication with social media clients, coordinate content production with internal creative teams, develop monthly content calendars and ensure social media content is delivered on time and aligned with client objectives. This role is ideal for someone with strong English communication skills, client servicing experience and a solid understanding of social media platforms and digital content.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management, account management, client servicing or content coordination.
• Fluent English and Arabic is a plus both written and spoken.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Eurostaffs and other major social platforms.
• Experience developing social media content calendars.
• Strong understanding of social media content formats and trends.
• Excellent client communication and relationship-management skills.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and project-coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously.
• Previous marketing/digital agency experience is highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing or a related field.
• Must hold a valid Qatar Residency Permit.
