Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in social media management, account management, client servicing or content coordination.
• Excellent English communication and presentation abilities; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned social media clients.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
• Understand client requirements, objectives and brand guidelines.
• Develop monthly social media content calendars.
• Coordinate Arabic and English content creation and adaptation.
• Coordinate with designers, copywriters, photographers, videographers and editors.
• Manage content approvals, revisions and publishing schedules.
• Schedule and publish content across multiple platforms.
• Monitor social media performance and prepare analytics reports.
• Track social media trends and algorithm changes.
• Support paid social media campaign planning and execution as needed.
