Job summary

Madre Integrated Engineering in Doha seeks a seasoned professional to oversee finishing operations across plastering, painting, tiling, false ceilings, joinery and MEP coordination. You will ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards while coordinating with subcontractors and project managers.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture and at least 10 years of experience in finishing works on large construction projects, preferably oil & gas,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years’ experience in finishing works on large-scale projects.
• Knowledge of finishing materials, techniques and international standards.
• Familiarity with Qatar Construction Specifications (QCS).

• Ensure finishing works meet project specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
• Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and project managers to resolve site issues.
• Track daily progress, prepare reports, and ensure timely completion of finishing activities.
• Verify material quality, approve samples, and ensure proper storage and usage.
• Enforce HSE standards during finishing works.
• Maintain site records, inspection reports, and handover documentation.

Requirements

Minimum 10 years’ experience in finishing works for large‑scale construction projects (preferably oil & gas, commercial, or government projects).

Strong knowledge of finishing materials, techniques, and international standards.

Familiarity with Qatar Construction Specifications (QCS).
