Fit-Out Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced Fit-Out Supervisor to join our team and supervise interior fit-out and finishing works across our projects. The ideal candidate should have a Civil Engineering background, strong site supervision experience, and the ability to coordinate workers, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all interior fit-out and finishing works on site.
• Monitor daily site activities and ensure work is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Supervise works including gypsum, ceiling, partitions, flooring, tiling, painting, carpentry, joinery, doors, furniture installation, and other finishing works.
• Coordinate with Civil, MEP, Interior Design, subcontractor, and project teams.
• Ensure materials, manpower, equipment, and tools are available according to the work schedule.
• Monitor subcontractors and site workers to ensure productivity and quality standards.
• Review drawings and identify any site discrepancies or technical issues before execution.
• Ensure work is completed within the agreed project schedule.
• Conduct regular quality inspections and ensure proper workmanship.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager/Site Engineer regarding daily progress and site requirements.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports when required.
• Ensure proper implementation of health and safety procedures on site.
• Monitor material usage and minimize wastage.
• Attend site meetings and coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors when required.
• Ensure snagging and rectification works are completed before project handover.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.

Education

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Experience

5–10 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out, construction, finishing, or related projects.
