Job summary

Madre Integrated Engineering is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to plan, schedule and oversee PM activities for pumps, SGW treatment equipment, and related systems at site in Qatar. You will supervise technicians, conduct inspections, maintain logs, and ensure HSE standards are followed.

Role requires 3–5 years in STP/WWTP maintenance, 1–2 years in supervision, and a preferred Qatar driving license. Strong leadership, reporting and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ITI in mechanical or electrical field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in STP/WWTP maintenance.
• 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Valid Qatar driving license preferred.
• Strong leadership, reporting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and oversee PM activities for pumps, blowers, valves and SGW treatment equipment.
• Supervise a team of technicians/operators on shift, assigning tasks and monitoring completion.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify faults and initiate corrective actions.
• Maintain PM logs, checklists and maintenance records for audit/compliance purposes.
• Ensure adherence to HSE standards during maintenance activities.
• Liaise with client engineers/operations team on plant status and maintenance updates.
• Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement with the maintenance team.

Requirements

• Diploma/ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, or related technical field
  
• Minimum 3–5 years' experience in STP/WWTP maintenance, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role
  
• Familiarity with SGW systems, pumps, and treatment plant equipment
  
• Valid Qatar driving license preferred
  
• Strong leadership, reporting, and communication skills
