Job summary

DXC Technology Company in Doha seeks a ServiceNow Technical Consultant – HSE to design and support HSE solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will work with business and technical teams to automate safety processes, manage incidents and risks, and improve compliance and operational efficiency.

The role focuses on configuring HSE applications, building workflows with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub, and ensuring data quality across enterprise integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• 1–5 years of ServiceNow implementation or support experience.
• Understanding of HSE processes, incident management, risk assessments, and compliance workflows.
• Experience configuring ServiceNow HSE, Risk, or Compliance applications.
• Experience working in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and configuration of ServiceNow HSE applications
• Configure Incident Management, Hazard Reporting, Risk Assessments, Audits, and Corrective Actions
• Collaborate with HSE, HR, operations, and compliance teams to translate business requirements
• Build and enhance workflows using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and ServiceNow best practices
• Support integrations with HSE, HR, risk, and enterprise systems
• Maintain data quality, governance standards, and platform performance
• Assist in improving reporting, visibility, and overall user experience
• Stay current with ServiceNow platform updates and new capabilities
