You will collaborate with technical consultants and project managers to design and implement customized solutions, including integrations with other systems.

The role involves developing business process models, performing gap analysis, and assisting in testing, deployment, and end-user training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Several years of experience as a business analyst with a focus on ServiceNow.
• Proficiency in analyzing business requirements and developing ServiceNow solutions (Incident/Problem/Change/Asset/CMDB).
• Ability to map business processes and workflows; strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
• ServiceNow certification such as CSA and CIS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients to understand their processes and requirements and guide best practices on ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement customized ServiceNow solutions with integrations.
• Develop and maintain business process models and requirements documents.
• Perform gap analysis to identify enhancements or customizations.
• Assist in testing and deploying ServiceNow solutions and conduct functional/integration testing.
• Provide training and support to end-users on the ServiceNow platform.
• Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow technologies and complete required training/certifications.
