Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting ServiceNow or similar enterprise platforms.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and workflow design.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or other platform applications.
• Experience creating user stories, functional specifications, and business process documentation.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience supporting testing activities, including UAT and validation processes.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with reporting, dashboards, and data analysis tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document requirements for ServiceNow initiatives and process improvements.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement sessions.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow developers to design and implement solutions.
• Support configuration, testing, validation, and deployment of enhancements.
• Facilitate UAT, defect tracking, and issue resolution.
• Create and maintain workflow diagrams, use cases, and process maps.
• Analyze current processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Support reporting and dashboard requirements to improve visibility.
