Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking a ServiceNow Senior Technical Consultant – HSE to lead design and delivery of HSE solutions on the ServiceNow platform, aligning safety processes with governance and compliance.

You will implement Incident Management, Hazard Reporting, Risk Assessments, Audits, Inspections, and Corrective Actions, and mentor cross-functional teams in an Agile environment; strong communication required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience.
• At least 4 years of experience with HSE, Risk, or Compliance solutions.
• Strong understanding of HSE operations, incident management, risk assessments, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience configuring ServiceNow HSE modules and workflows.
• Experience leading technical delivery and working with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

About the Role

We're looking for a ServiceNow Senior Technical Consultant – HSE to lead the design and delivery of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) solutions on the ServiceNow platform. In this role, you'll work closely with business and technical stakeholders to automate safety processes, manage risk and compliance requirements, and drive enterprise-wide safety initiatives.

What We're Looking For
