Madre Integrated Engineering is seeking a seasoned cybersecurity professional to lead vulnerability management efforts in Doha, Qatar. The role focuses on scanning, validating findings, and prioritizing remediation across systems, networks, and applications.

The ideal candidate has at least five years in information security, hands-on experience with Qualys, Tenable, and Nexpose, and strong knowledge of CVSS and OWASP Top 10. Certifications like CEH or Security+ are preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Cybersecurity.
Minimum 5 years in vulnerability management or security operations.
Hands-on experience with vulnerability scanning tools: Qualys, Tenable, Nexpose.
Strong understanding of CVSS, OWASP Top 10, threat vectors.
CEH or CompTIA Security+ certification preferred.

Responsabilités

Perform vulnerability scanning across systems, networks, and applications using tools such as Qualys, Tenable, Nexpose, or equivalent platforms.
Analyze and validate scan results, assess vulnerability severity, and prioritize remediation based on risk and business impact.
Coordinate with IT, infrastructure, and application teams to support timely remediation and mitigation of identified vulnerabilities.
Track vulnerability status, remediation progress, exceptions, and overdue findings to ensure proper closure and accountability.
Prepare vulnerability dashboards, reports, metrics, and supporting documentation for management review, audits, and compliance purposes.
