Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution.
• 12 years of experience in mechanical engineering on utilities PWC projects.
• Proven design and construction experience of PWC plants and networks.
• Experience with FAT and testing/commissioning for PWC systems.
• Knowledge of codes, design manuals, and construction practices.
• Strong English communication skills.
• MME (UPDA) registration in Qatar is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Review PWC designs for compliance with contract specs and industry standards.
• Coordinate complex field engineering tasks for PWC construction projects.
• Supervise construction engineering work and provide technical expertise.
• Ensure FATs and site testing are performed, witnessed, and documented.
• Maintain liaison with design and construction teams and uphold safety practices.
