Job summary

Qatar Airways Group in Doha is seeking a GS Senior Training Officer for Ground Services to lead the end-to-end design and delivery of training programs that drive employee excellence across the Hub and Network.

You will partner with HR and T&D to identify business gaps and launch curricula aligned with organizational objectives, while ensuring programs meet our 5-star service standards and are delivered by capable trainers during peak times.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of job-related experience.
• GS/Airport operations background preferred.
• Facilitation and organizational skills.
• Ability to design trainings and content.
• High level of personal presentation and public speaking.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Designs end-to-end training programs for the hub and network.
• Conducts training needs analysis and updates curricula.
• Develops training content and pre-/post-course summaries and evaluations.
• Presents programs using Levels 1-3 format and adheres to trainer guides.
• Keeps training records, attendance and evaluations up to date.
• Visits the HUB operation monthly to assess delivery and application.
