SPIE Global Services Energy in Doha, Qatar, seeks a Senior Technical Documentation Administrator to manage SAP documentation, project data, reporting, and admin tasks for the LOTS project.

The role requires extensive experience in document control, correspondence management, and compliance with PMS procedures, with a focus on accurate reporting to management and stakeholders.

We currently have an opportunity within SPIE Global Services Energy LLC Doha, Qatar for a Senior Technical Documentation Administrator

Job Purpose

Provide domain knowledge and co-ordinate with team members in developing, supporting and executing LOTS project.

Assist in preparing management internal reports and analysis.

Carry out SAP entries and gernate reports from SAP and dashboards.

Prepare reports, presentation etc for management and other stake holders.

Provide a high level co-ordination/performance of various administrative and clerical support at position holder’s respective area of work, at LOTS specific and Projects Management Administration.

Job Context & Major Challenge(s)

• Should be able to explain the procedural formality.
• Provide support to multiple business areas on timely basis.
• Proficinet in SAP ESM/M M module to carry out related transaction in SAP accurately.
• Identify and address issues relate to System which may effect release of orders, Service Entry Sheets and payments.
• Bring to attention on work requirements and pending issues for resolution.

Profile

• Correspondence Management: Oversaw the incoming and outgoing correspondence workflow to ensure documents were received, logged, and distributed promptly and efficiently.
• Filing & Archiving Systems: Managed comprehensive documentation filing systems to allow rapid retrieval of records for division personnel as needed, including maintaining organized files for audit compliance and working across internal departments to fulfill archiving requirements.
• Document Preparation & Packaging: Assisted team members in creating, updating, and issuing documents and reports on schedule. Assembled and verified document packages (both controlled and uncontrolled) prior to distribution.
• Tracking & Reporting: Maintained and monitored database records to generate regular progress updates on key issues.
• Meeting & Administrative Support: Scheduled meetings, drafted meeting minutes, and distributed monthly status updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Process & Systems Compliance: Operated within established Projects Management System (PMS) policies and procedures, contributing to the continuous improvement and implementation of business workflows.
• Specialized Project Support: Handled specific tasks and additional duties assigned by the division related to the LOTS project.
