Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 8 years experience on major civil or infrastructure projects
• Experience reviewing technical submissions against Qatari or GCC authority requirements
• Strong understanding of international codes (BS EN, AASHTO) in Middle East context

Responsibilities

• Scrutinise civil designs and specs for compliance with local codes and project requirements
• Approve or reject documentation based on compliance with standards
• Supervise onsite construction for design adherence
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants and client engineers to resolve issues
• Track progress with site inspections and status reports
• Prepare technical reports on non-conformance and corrective actions
• Support testing and commissioning with quality verifications
• Ensure civil works integrate with MEP and structural disciplines
