Job summary

Urban Ridge Supplies is seeking a skilled engineer to support the delivery and performance of major infrastructure systems in Doha, Qatar. You will monitor operational performance, provide technical support to internal teams and stakeholders, and ensure quality across projects.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil or related Engineering and 8–10 years’ experience in infrastructure operations, with strong analytical and reporting abilities and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Civil or related Engineering discipline.
• 8–10 years' experience in infrastructure or engineering operations.
• Strong analytical, reporting and technical troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor operational performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Provide technical support to internal teams and project stakeholders.
• Analyse engineering data and prepare performance reports.
• Coordinate with operations, maintenance and engineering teams.
• Resolve technical issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate technical records and project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards and HSE policies.
