Job summary

Urban Ridge Supplies is seeking an experienced Field Engineer to oversee installation and site activities on major infrastructure projects in Doha, Qatar. You will ensure engineering works are delivered safely, efficiently and to approved specifications and quality standards.

You will supervise installation activities, conduct site inspections, coordinate contractors and project teams, review technical docs, troubleshoot issues and support testing and handover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Significant experience managing engineering installation projects.
• Strong knowledge of engineering standards and site supervision.
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise engineering installation activities across multiple sites.
• Conduct inspections to verify quality and compliance.
• Coordinate contractors, suppliers and project teams.
• Review technical documentation and installation methodologies.
• Troubleshoot site issues and implement corrective actions.
• Support testing, commissioning and project handover activities.
• Maintain inspection reports and technical documentation.
• Promote compliance with quality, safety and environmental requirements.
