Job summary

BAE Systems Strategic Aerospace Services WLL in Doha seeks an experienced System Test Manager to lead the testing team, define test strategies, and ensure delivery of high-quality software products. You will coordinate with project and software managers, oversee all testing phases (functional, regression, integration, performance, UAT), and drive continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
15+ years of software testing and quality assurance experience.
At least 10 years in a managerial role leading end-to-end testing.
Experience in large-scale projects in Agile and Waterfall environments.
Strong knowledge of SDLC and testing methodologies.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain test strategies, plans, and processes.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of testers to ensure quality.
Coordinate with project and software managers to clarify requirements and testing scope.
Oversee test execution across functional, regression, integration, performance, and UAT.
Define, monitor, and report testing metrics and risks to senior management.
Manage test environments, tools, and automation frameworks.
Drive continuous improvement in testing processes.
