QD-SBG Construction seeks a Senior Survey Lead to manage and deliver surveying activities across infrastructure, road, utility, and building projects in Qatar. You will provide technical leadership to survey teams, develop strategies, and ensure compliance with client and regulatory standards.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in surveying or civil engineering required; certification in surveying instruments preferred.
• 15–20 years of construction surveying experience.
• 5+ years leading survey teams across multiple projects.
• Proven ability to develop and implement survey strategies and lead technical teams.

• Lead and manage all surveying operations across multiple projects, ensuring compliance with contractual, client, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement survey strategies, procedures, and best practices to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity.
• Provide technical leadership to Survey Managers, Chief Surveyors, Survey Engineers, and survey teams.
• Support senior management in budgeting, resource forecasting, and business development for surveying services.
• Evaluate emerging surveying technologies and tools to enhance performance.
• Review and approve survey methodologies, control networks, topographic surveys, and as-built submissions.
• Oversee GIS and as-built data collection for timely project handover.
• Coordinate survey support for planning, construction, design verification, and close-out activities.
• Mentor and develop survey personnel, identify competency gaps, and implement training programs.
• Lead preparation of survey proposals, method statements, risk assessments, and execution plans.
