Job summary

JobCenter in Doha, Qatar is seeking an experienced Surveyor to join our team. The selected candidate will perform survey operations, establish control points, and collect data using field surveys and remote sensing techniques.

Proficiency in CAD software and a strong ability to interpret technical documents are essential. Responsibilities include preparing maps and legal descriptions, analyzing data for accuracy, and creating records for boundary staking.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Surveying or related field preferred.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents.
Knowledge of photogrammetry, GIS, GPS, LiDAR is a plus.

Responsibilities

Conduct survey operations, including establishing survey control points, measuring distances and angles, and determining elevations.
Collect data through field surveys and remote sensing techniques such as aerial photography.
Analyze data to ensure accuracy of measurements, computations, and results.
Prepare maps, charts, profiles, and sketches using CAD software or other computer-aided design programs.
Prepare legal documents such as plats or property descriptions that describe the boundaries of properties.
Compile survey notes, sketches, maps, reports and legal descriptions for record keeping or staking out boundaries.
