Job summary

Madre Integrated Engineering is seeking a full-time land surveyor in Doha to set out survey points using GPS and Total Station in accordance with approved shop drawings.

You will verify alignment with shop drawings, organize survey data sheets for inspection submissions, and conduct surveys for roads, drainage, utilities, and roadworks. Collaborate with site engineers, supervisors and QA/QC teams while maintaining records and adhering to HSE standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Geomatics or Surveying.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in land surveying for infrastructure and utilities projects.
• Proficiency in GPS, Total Station, AutoCAD and Civil 3D software.
• Surveyor Professional Certification (local authority or international equivalent) preferred.
• Valid Qatar government project approvals.

Responsibilities

• Set out survey points using GPS and Total Station equipment as per approved shop drawings.
• Survey completed works and confirm alignment with approved shop drawings.
• Arrange and compile survey data sheets for submission with inspection requests.
• Conduct surveys for roads, drainage, foul sewer, utilities, concrete, and roadworks.
• Ensure survey accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
• Work closely with site engineers, supervisors, and QA/QC teams.
• Maintain survey records, logs, and drawings for project archives.
• Follow HSE standards during field survey operations.
