Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field is required.
- 10–15 years in corporate finance, investment banking, or advisory.
- Experience evaluating and executing fund investments and co-investments.
- Strong knowledge of term sheets, deal structuring, and JV agreements.
Responsibilities
- Lead evaluation of investment opportunities, including fund commitments and co-investments.
- Perform due diligence across legal, finance, and external advisors.
- Develop investment memos and IC papers with financial models.
- Draft and negotiate partnership agreements, MOUs, and JV frameworks.
- Manage relationships with strategic partners and post-investment monitoring.
