Job summary

Qatar Stock Exchange seeks aSenior Advisor to build and lead the Issuer Services and Investor Relations unit, elevating issuer engagement, disclosure practices, and market education across the Qatari market.

The role reports to the Chief Commercial & Investment Officer and demands a seasoned executive with a track record in capital markets, investor relations, and governance. Extensive GCC/MENA experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or business; Master's or CFA preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in investor relations or capital markets.
• Proven experience building or leading teams and new functions.
• Experience with GCC/MENA markets and sustainability reporting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the Issuer Services and Investor Relations unit with governance and strategy.
• Design market education programs, executive briefings, and guidance on governance and sustainability.
• Advise issuers on investor relations, disclosure, and shareholder engagement.
• Build relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and regulators.
• Represent QSE at industry events and ensure regulatory compliance.
