Job summary

Saatchi & Saatchi Qatar is seeking an Associate Director – Social to lead our social function across a diverse portfolio of leading brands and organizations in Doha. You will set the strategic direction and oversee creative quality and day-to-day operations of our social accounts.

Reporting to the Director of Content, you will mentor the social team and translate data and platform insights into actionable growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in social media, digital content or related discipline.
• Strong leadership and senior counsel with client-facing skills.
• Deep understanding of social platforms, audience behaviour and content formats.

Responsibilities

• Lead social strategy across a portfolio of brands and organizations.
• Oversee day-to-day operation of social accounts and ensure high standards.
• Mentor and develop the social team including Senior Managers and Executives.
