Qualifications

• Skills in campaign analytics and reporting, including ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and recommend optimization strategies.
• Understanding of social media marketing, influencer marketing, and audience targeting strategies across digital channels.
• Basic familiarity with ad creatives and formats (images, video, copy) and the ability to collaborate with content and design teams.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail in campaign setup and tracking.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Doha, Qatar, and collaborate in a fast-paced environment with creators and internal stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Previous experience in media, influencer marketing, or agency environments is highly beneficial.

Responsibilities
