Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience in insurance industry as Risk Manager or equivalent.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong governance, risk and control mindset.

Responsibilities

• Act as the risk control function for Qatar operations and ensure local risk management requirements are met.
• Coordinate regulatory submissions and responses related to risk management.
• Develop and maintain the Risk Management Framework, policies, standards, and procedures.
• Facilitate risk identification, assessment, monitoring, and reporting across functions.
• Monitor NFRA processes and track risk indicators and remediation plans.
