Job summary

QNB Group in Doha is seeking a Senior Associate International Retail Country Liaison to manage the designated country as a focal point and to support strategy delivery. You will coordinate with the SVP/AVP and Retail Heads across clusters to ensure timely responses and effective collaboration for business plans and KPIs.

The role requires strong stakeholder management, a solid banking background, and the ability to maintain SLA-driven service levels across multiple units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Banking, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in international banking or retail liaison.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as focal point for designated country within Asia, Europe, Africa, Middle East cluster.
• Maintain relationships with the Retail Head of the designated country.
• Support in implementing strategy, products and services and KPIs.
• Provide timely data to internal/external auditors, compliance and risk when required.
