Job summary

KEO International Consultants in Doha, Qatar is seeking a talented Quantity Surveyor to provide commercial and cost-control support for road and infrastructure projects, with a particular focus on Ashghal (RPD) initiatives.

The role requires a minimum of 10 years’ overall experience, including at least 7 years as a Quantity Surveyor on road projects, and a Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying. Strong analytical, reporting, and coordination skills are essential.

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
• Qatar MMUP/UPDA registration is not mentioned as mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide quantity surveying and commercial support for road and infrastructure projects.
• Implement cost control procedures and manage contractual matters.
• Assess variations and claims, and evaluate contractor payment applications.
• Ensure effective financial and contractual management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain effective communication with contractors, clients, and site representatives on commercial matters.
• Review and interpret contract conditions and measurement methods.
• Support commercial management and ensure successful financial delivery of projects.
