Job summary

Parsons in Qatar is seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to lead quality assurance and control across roads, drainage, utilities and related infrastructure. You will implement the QMS, coordinate inspections, and ensure works comply with drawings, specs, contracts and client requirements.

You will review Quality Plans, ITPs and documentation, manage NCRs and corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement with site teams and laboratories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• 14 years of QA/QC experience in construction and infrastructure, including 7 years in a similar role.
• Experience leading QA/QC activities on roads, drainage, utilities, and infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems, inspection procedures, testing requirements, and QA practices.
• Experience reviewing and approving Quality Plans, ITPs, method statements, and quality documentation.
• MMUP/MME certification in Qatar.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and management of the project's Quality Management System (QMS).
• Establish and monitor QA/QC processes across all construction activities.
• Review contractors' Quality Plans, ITPs, method statements, submittals, and documentation.
• Monitor compliance with project specs, drawings, contract requirements, and standards.
• Manage quality audits, surveillance inspections, and compliance assessments.
• Oversee inspection and testing activities for roads, utilities, drainage, structures, and related works.
• Review and manage NCRs, corrective actions, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with Resident Engineers, Site Engineers, material engineers, contractors, labs, and stakeholders.
