Job summary

Madre Integrated Engineering is seeking a QC Inspector – Instrumentation in Qatar to oversee QA/QC for instrumentation installations, including cabling, junction boxes and control systems, ensuring compliance with project specs and international standards.

The role requires 5+ years in QA/QC for instrumentation, a Diploma/Bachelor in Instrumentation or Electrical Engineering, and certifications in calibration.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation or Electrical Engineering.
• ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems (Preferred).
• Instrumentation Calibration & Testing Certification (Preferred).
• Valid Qatar government project approvals (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Inspect instrument installations, cabling, junction boxes, and control systems per drawings.
• Verify works against method statements, ITPs, and project standards.
• Monitor calibration, loop checks, and functional testing of instruments.
• Prepare inspection reports and maintain calibration certificates and quality records.
• Identify non-conformances, issue NCRs, and track to closure.
• Coordinate with site engineers, QA/QC managers, and subcontractors to resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with ISO, IEC, and project QA/QC standards.
• Conduct inspections safely per HSE requirements.
