Job summary

Qualifications

• Instrumentation Calibration & Testing Certification (Preferred).
• Valid Qatar government project approvals (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Inspect instrument installations, cabling, junction boxes, and control systems per drawings.
• Verify works against method statements, ITPs, and project standards.
• Monitor calibration, loop checks, and functional testing of instruments.
• Prepare inspection reports and maintain calibration certificates and quality records.
• Identify non-conformances, issue NCRs, and track to closure.
• Coordinate with site engineers, QA/QC managers, and subcontractors to resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with ISO, IEC, and project QA/QC standards.
• Conduct inspections safely per HSE requirements.

The role focuses on ensuring that all work, including cabling, junction boxes, and control systems, meets project specifications and international standards within the Oil & Gas sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect installation of instruments, cabling, junction boxes, and control systems to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Verify works against method statements, ITPs, and project standards.
• Monitor calibration, loop checks, and functional testing of instruments.
• Prepare inspection reports, maintain calibration certificates, and quality records.
• Identify non‑conformances, issue NCRs, and follow up until closure.
• Liaise with site engineers, QA/QC managers, and subcontractors to resolve quality issues.
• Ensure adherence to ISO, IEC, and project‑specific QA/QC standards.
